The dialogue between God and Moses in EXODUS 3 as it concerns the deliverance of a people in captivity for so many years in the hands of the Egyptians is one event that would change the way and manner we see and relate with God after many years down the line

and the lord retorted “Tell them I AM WHO I AM sent you
“Tell them the God of your fathers ,the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob and I shall be known by this name from generation to generation “
