Ekene – Is an Igbo word; that means “Gratitude” or one being “Grateful” to God.

This track is reflective in nature, as it gives one the opportunity to look back at what God has done, what He is doing, and what He is capable to do if one can be grateful to Him.

Psalm 127 and verse 1 says; “Unless or (Except) the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.

In other words, truly “The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor bread to the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all”. Ecclesiastes 9:11

Hey, all that we are and could be in life is totally by the mercy of God.

So, in all that you do, remember to thank the God, who brought you this far and is willing to take you and I, even further.
